		<description>My supervisor used to have &quot;Why?&quot; written on hers. It was all about questioning those same old decisions everyone had always rubber-stamped before. She&#039;s also a quoter and updates it weekly with a new favorite. My other coworker has a latin phrase on his board roughly translated to &quot;where are we going?&quot;

		<description>I love my dry erase board.  I&#039;m definitely a list maker because I like to see it crossed off.  I also love using different colors.  One thing I like to have on mine is the word:

Now, go write it on your board.  In capital letters.  Now, turn your head sideways to the left.  See, it&#039;s a little stick man.  Ok, now get back to work .  lol</description>
