About Me

Chris Frede is a senior HR professional working in a corporate environment. She has responsibility covering human resources policies, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and professional development supporting employees who work on large accounts.

Chris also has responsibility for the managing the global recruiting function including a team of seven recruiters. She has also managed a number of functional areas of human resources, including recruiting, succession planning, employee survey, training program delivery and development, and compensation planning.

Chris is married and has a chocolate lab named Jack. She resides in St. Louis, MO. Blogger wannabee for several years.
